Our business spans funds management, market making and remittance. We combine experience in traditional financial markets with digital asset expertise to develop investment solutions and build capabilities across digital finance.
The opportunity
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. You’ll guide financial decisions, support growth opportunities and bring rigour to the management of a group operating across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
It’s an opportunity to shape both the direction of the business and the finance function behind it.
Location
The role is based in Sydney or Perth, working full time and on site.

The role
What you’ll lead
Financial strategy
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
Group finance
Own reporting, consolidation, tax and transfer pricing across Australian and Singapore entities, including digital asset accounting and valuation.
Capital raising
Lead financial modelling, investor materials, data rooms and investor engagement.
Mergers and acquisitions
Lead due diligence, deal structuring and post-acquisition integration.
Grants and incentives
Lead the grants strategy, including the R&D Tax Incentive, and administer the employee incentive plan.
Treasury
Oversee banking, treasury and foreign exchange.
Finance capability
Build and lead the team, use AI and automation to improve processes, and manage relationships with auditors, advisers and fund administrators.
About you
What you’ll bring
You’ll be a qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA) with senior leadership experience as a CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience in reporting and consolidation across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- A track record in capital raising, M&A or government grants.
- Experience in funds management or financial services. Digital asset experience is highly regarded.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to move between strategic decisions and detailed delivery.
- High integrity and clear communication with boards, investors, stakeholders and regulators.
